Undercut steak pieces 1 kg
Yogurt 100 grams
Papaya paste 3 tbsp
Onion (broiled and ground) 1
Ginger/garlic paste 2 tbsp
Broiled and pulverized cumin seeds 1 tsp
Smashed red chillies 1 tsp
Hot flavors powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Broiled & ground Bengal grams 4 tbsp
Mustard oil 4 tbsp
Salt to tast

Bihari Boti Recipe Method:
Marinate steak pieces with papaya glue for no less than 4 hours.
Blend steak pieces, onion, yogurt, ginger/garlic, mustard oil, turmeric powder, hot flavors powder, red chillies, cumin seeds, grams and salt in a dish.
Following 1 hour you can either put them on sticks and cook them over coals, steam and broil them
You can likewise cook it in the stove.
Trim with cut lemon,coriander leaves,green chillies and cut onion.
Serve delightful Bihari Boti with 'roti, mixed greens, raita and tamarind/mint chtuney.
