How to Make Phirni | Phirni Recipe in English and Urdu

Phirni is a magnificent, smooth treat made with ground rice consolidated with milk, cream, sugar and some saffron strands for seasoning. Contents or Ingredients:

Few saffron strands
One liter Milk (Full cream)
Four tbsp basmati grained rice
Six tbsp sugar 

For Garnish:

Few chopped almonds
Few saffron strands

Phirni Recipe Method:

1. Dry roast saffron strands for 12 seconds include 1 tbsp of milk and keep aside.
2. Absorb the rice water for around 1 hour.
3. Empty, wash and empty once more. Praise dry on a retentive kitchen towel and mix in a blender to a coarse powder.
4. Include ½ cup of cold milk and mix well to make a paste. Keep aside.
5. Heat up whatever remains of the milk and stir in the rice paste.
6. Cook for around 15 minutes on a moderate fire, while blending persistently.
7. Add the sugar and saffron mixture and simmer for a few minutes.
8. Put into pottery holders and keep aside to cool.
9. Freeze for a normal cool for one hour.
10. Serve chilled garnished with almonds and saffron strands.
